Reporting

Annual reporting

Every individual entrepreneur in Georgia must submit an annual tax report — regardless of whether they hold Small Business Status.

What needs to be declared

The rule is simple: report income earned outside the scope of your status — and if there was none, file a zero declaration anyway.

You must report income if

  • You earned income before obtaining Small Business Status, or
  • You received income from activities not covered by your Small Business Status

If you had no such income

You still need to submit a report — it will simply be a zero declaration. Skipping it is what generates fines, not the amount itself.

Forget about tax stress.
